George Wernery State Farm is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Remote Customer Retention Specialist to support existing client relationships, assist with policy needs, and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
This is a service-dominant role designed for someone who is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and experienced supporting customers within a State Farm agency environment. The right candidate will be confident handling customer conversations, reviewing accounts, assisting with renewals, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
This remote opportunity offers a flexible schedule for an experienced State Farm professional who can remain organized, responsive, and accountable while managing service activity independently.
Role Focus

As a Remote Customer Retention Specialist, your primary focus will be supporting current customers and helping ensure they feel informed, valued, and protected. You will communicate with policyholders regarding renewals, coverage questions, account updates, and service needs while helping maintain strong customer relationships.
Service Responsibilities

  • Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, coverage options, and policy updates

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty license required

  • Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment

Licensing Requirements

Active Property & Casualty license is required
Candidates must be properly licensed before Day 1 start
