Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful customer relationships through a consultative, needs-based sales approach
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities from a remote work environment
  • Help customers understand their insurance options and recommend coverage that fits their needs
  • Identify opportunities to protect customers through auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers to drive new business
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and activity expectations set by the agency owner
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of customer opportunities and follow-up activity
  • Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and account updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and care
  • Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales activity
  • Take ownership of daily sales goals, customer follow-up, and new business opportunities
  • Communicate consistently with the agency team and contribute to a high-performing culture
Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience required
  • Must be able to demonstrate a strong sales track record and history of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining strong productivity and accountability
  • Money-motivated, goal-driven, and excited by the opportunity to grow
  • Self-motivated and able to manage time, pipeline, and follow-up independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
