Registered Nurse (RN) - Assisted Living
UMC The Shores | Ocean City, NJ

Full Time | Night Shift
Working 11 pm - 7 am

What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering professional nursing care, supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being, and collaborating with families and staff to ensure exceptional resident-centered care.

  • Provide professional nursing care to residents in accordance with community policies, procedures, and New Jersey nursing standards
  • Supervise and support nursing assistants and other nursing personnel on assigned shifts
  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while respecting each resident's emotional, cultural, religious, and personal needs
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality care and positive outcomes
  • Assist with activities of daily living and restorative nursing care as outlined in individualized care plans
  • Participate in the orientation, training, and support of newly assigned nursing staff

What We're Looking for in a Registered Nurse (RN):

  • Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate Degree in Nursing
    • BSN preferred
  • Previous long-term care or senior living experience preferred
