Legal Administrative Assistant needed to support a busy Legal Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, and takes pride in providing exceptional administrative support.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and obtain signatures for a variety of legal documents.
- Schedule, coordinate, and organize meetings for legal staff and stakeholders.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- Generate purchase requisitions in accordance with company procedures.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Sort, screen, and distribute incoming mail and correspondence.
- Assist attorneys and legal team members with projects and deadline tracking.
- Provide administrative support and handle special projects as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive legal information.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a legal environment supporting attorneys or legal teams.
- Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
