Legal Administrative Assistant (Corporate Legal Department)
Wilmington, DE | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) | $30/hour | 9-12 Month Contract

We're partnering with a respected global organization to identify an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support its in-house Legal Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized administrative professional who enjoys supporting attorneys, managing multiple priorities, and keeping a busy legal team operating efficiently. You'll work alongside attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations professionals in a collaborative corporate environment where attention to detail and professionalism are highly valued.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate execution of legal documents and obtain required signatures
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for attorneys and legal staff
  • Arrange occasional travel and prepare expense reports
  • Generate purchase requisitions and assist with department operations
  • Manage legal correspondence and distribute incoming mail
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Track deadlines and assist with legal projects
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and other business communications
  • Handle confidential legal information with professionalism and discretion
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting attorneys or an in-house legal department
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with a strong customer service mindset

    Physical Requirements • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations • Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing • This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings • Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching • Ability to lift and carry items weighting up to 15 pounds
