Top Secret Clearance Required

EnProVera is actively seeking a Top Secret–cleared Security Manager to lead personnel security operations supporting high-visibility federal programs. This is a critical role for a driven security professional who can own the end-to-end clearance process, interface directly with government security officials, and ensure strict compliance across fast-moving contract environments.


In this role, you will serve as a key security leader, ensuring the protection of personnel, information, and organizational assets. Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact with government and organizational security officials to coordinate requirements and resolve issues
  • Ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations and applicable security regulations
  • Managing and overseeing personnel background investigations, including tracking, adjudication support, and clearance maintenance
  • Reviewing and approving employee access requests, facility badging, and Common Access Card (CAC) issuance
  • Leading security audits, inspections, and reporting activities to maintain readiness and identify areas for improvement
  • Providing expert guidance to the Program Management Office (PMO) on security risks, mitigation strategies, and corrective actions

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with federal background investigations, personnel vetting, or security compliance (e.g., DHS, DoD, DOJ, ICE, FPS).
  • Strong understanding of SF 85/SF 85P/SF 86 processes, eQIP/eAPP systems, and fingerprinting requirements.
  • Familiarity with NIST standards, CUI requirements, and federal personnel security regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with government officials, internal teams, and new hires.
  • Prior experience as an FSO, Security Specialist, Personnel Security Administrator, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of agency specific clearance processes (e.g., DHS, ATF, ICE, FPS, DoD).
  • Experience supporting subcontractors and multi agency onboarding environments.
  • Working knowledge of JPAS/DISS/Scattered Castles (if applicable to contract portfolio).

Required Security:

  • US Citizenship (no work visas)
  • Active Top-Secret Clearance
  • Drug Free Workplace (This prohibition includes legally prescribed medical marijuana or when legal under state law.)

FLSA Class: Exempt
