Job description

Administrator / Client Support Coordinator
Baldwin County, AL Preferred
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Full Benefits Package
Travel Required (Up to 25%)

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Administrator to support clients across the United States. This position combines customer support, account administration, client onboarding, training, and occasional travel to support new client launches and customer implementations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and representing a growing company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer and support via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Process customer enrollments, policy updates, cancellations, and account changes.
  • Review and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Assist with onboarding, implementation, and training.
  • Coordinate launch activities and support new clients.
  • Troubleshoot customer and dealership account issues.
  • Generate reports and monitor data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Support, Accounting, Development, and Leadership.
  • Travel to client locations throughout the United States to assist with launches, training, and client support initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable learning and using technology platforms and mobile applications.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Professional presentation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight travel.
Preferred:
  • Experience working with dealerships, customer service, account management, implementation, training, or administrative support.
  • Experience conducting presentations or training sessions.
  • Residents of Baldwin County are strongly preferred.
