Job description

At Honeywell Aerospace, we are seeking a Program Control Specialist IV to support complex, high-visibility aerospace programs across development and production environments.
Based in Deer Valley, Phoenix, this hybrid role is critical to ensuring cost, schedule, and performance excellence across multi-site aerospace programs.
You will partner directly with Program Managers and Integrated Program Teams (IPTs) to build executable program plans, establish and manage cost and schedule baselines, and deliver disciplined performance tracking aligned to government and commercial aerospace contractual requirements.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a structured, data-driven environment and enjoys influencing program outcomes through financial and schedule insight.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex aerospace programs
  • Establish and maintain cost and schedule baselines across program lifecycle phases
  • Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including CPI/SPI and variance reporting
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and Estimates at Completion (EAC)
  • Prepare internal and customer-facing program performance reports
  • Support risks and opportunities identification through cost/schedule analysis
  • Support baseline change control and program governance processes
  • Drive process improvements and tool enhancements across program controls
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations
  • Mentor and develop junior Project/Program Specialists

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5 or more years of experience in Project / Business Management.
  • Strong background in cost/schedule integration and financial performance tracking.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Project or scheduling tools experience
  • Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing programs
  • Experience supporting U.S. Government contracts (FAR/DFARS familiarity)
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) expertise
  • SAP or enterprise ERP system experience
  • PMP certification
  • Strong executive-level communication and influencing skills
