In the role of Process Lead-Packaging, working in our Trenton Brewery in Trenton, OH, you will drive performance and continuous improvement in a designated brewery area, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products. This role applies Molson Coors' WCSC principles and best practices to monitor systems like PPCCS, optimize processes, and improve reliability.
Working closely with brewery leadership and cross-functional teams, the Process Lead develops team members' technical and leadership skills, fostering accountability and sound decision-making. Responsibilities include mastering process control through data analysis, loss elimination, and asset optimization.
The role maintains data integrity, supports brew line performance, and executes plans such as DDS, WDS, and 90-day initiatives. Compliance with Molson Coors policies and quality systems (SQF, HACCP, GMP) is essential to uphold product safety and quality.
What You'll Be Brewing:
  • Manages operational and process control within the assigned area to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Oversees asset care and maintenance for all equipment in the area of responsibility.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives and leads problem-solving activities to maximize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supports team performance and career development, fostering a culture of engagement while monitoring operational productivity.
  • Leads and coordinates safety efforts, ensuring compliance with GMP and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Ingredients:
  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, or 2+ years of relevant experience as a Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineer, with strong mechanical aptitude and a heavy technical background in manufacturing.
  • Deep understanding of brewery operations and interdependencies across Brewing, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality, and Maintenance for product flow and scheduling.
  • Expertise in brewing processes, including raw material handling, fermentation, yeast management, filtration, and blending.
  • Understands and is able to apply the Molson Coors World Class Supply Chain principles.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, manage risks, and control costs; adept at using MCMS for data tracking and traceability.
  • Technical knowledge of SAP and maintenance systems, with troubleshooting skills and familiarity with RCM and CBM practices to maximize equipment reliability.
  • Leadership capability to manage diverse teams, set priorities, and adapt to changing production needs and equipment challenges.
  • Working knowledge of process control systems and mechanical/electrical components, including pumps, valves, drives, and data logging systems.

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $72,500.00 - $95,100.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
