What will I bedoing?

u Oversee, at high level, the compliance and monitoring of agency contracts and performance metrics related to department contracts.

u Interpret and ensure contract policies and procedures are followed by departments.

u Assist with contract administration.

u May also perform contract data entry activities as needed to expedite contracts.

u Perform procurement-related activities as it pertains to contracts.

u May also be required to train agency personnel in contracting procedures. Provide guidance and assistance to other employees as required.

u Perform other related duties as required/assigned.

KeyQualifications

u Experience in complex service contracts and reporting on contractor performance

u Experience in risk assessment/expenditure tracking

u Experience with Federal contracting regulations and flow down requirements (2 CFR 200)

u Experience in organizational monitoring and management/project management

u Knowledge of Microsoft suite products or other project management tools

u Ability to work under pressure, under tight deadlines, and manage conflicting priorities

u Bachelor's degree in an applicable academic discipline orrelatedfield of study

u 3years of experienceworking with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties
