This is NOT a door-knocking grind.

We are one of the only roofing companies in Utah providing our sales team with a consistent flow of fully qualified warm leads. Our lead generation system is producing more opportunities than our current sales team can handle, and we need another high-performing closer to help us keep up with demand.

If you are an experienced roofing sales professional tired of spending your days chasing cold leads, knocking doors, or generating your own pipeline, this is the opportunity you’ve been looking for.

What Makes BigHorn Roofing Different

At BigHorn Roofing:

  • Our sales reps are NOT responsible for cold door knocking
  • We are completing hundreds of roofing projects every year
  • Our marketing and neighborhood presence consistently generate new opportunities

  • Our systems are designed so our salespeople can spend more time selling and less time prospecting.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Run qualified company-provided roofing appointments
  • Perform residential roof inspections
  • Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and replacement options
  • Build trust with homeowners and provide exceptional customer experience
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and contingency agreements when applicable

  • Maintain accurate notes and pipeline updates

Ideal Candidate Background

  • We are specifically looking for candidates with:
  • Roofing sales experience
  • Insurance restoration experience
  • Residential construction sales experience
  • Strong closing ability
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Candidates who understand roofing inspections, storm damage, and homeowner education will excel in this role.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven roofing sales experience preferred
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to confidently run in-home appointments
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
  • Ability to manage multiple appointments and follow-ups
  • Professional appearance and communication

  • Warm company-provided leads
  • Consistent appointment flow
  • Year-end bonus opportunities
