Contractor Program Security Officer
The Opportunity:
Coordinate with the government Program Security Officer (PSO) for all actions to ensure a fully accredited facility is achieved. Ensure that all computer networks are DoD-accredited. Assume responsibility for security management and operations within their assigned activity and adhere to applicable laws as well as national, DoD, and security policies and requirements. Manage security incidents, reporting, and trend analysis to support continuous improvement. Ensure personnel who require access meet the security clearance level through verification in DISS. Coordinate with the Project Manager (PM) to provide appropriate justification for individuals requiring access. Establish, conduct, and document initial and annual refresher training for all assigned program accessed individuals. Conduct an annual self-inspection, document the self-inspection, and submit to the PSO a corrective action plan that identifies actions to establish compliance.
You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO)
  • Experience implementing, managing, and administering DoDM 5205.07 V 1-4
  • Experience writing and supporting all test, OPSEC, and facility plans in support of the program activities
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of all volumes of the DoD Manual regarding classified information
  • Top Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience implementing, managing, and administering Intelligence Community Directives for SCI programs
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, including Risk Management Framework (RMF), JSIG, and ICDs 704-705
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
