What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or maintenance issues that could affect site operations.
  • Support daily security-related operations by following post orders, maintaining awareness of changing site conditions, and communicating clearly during routine activities and/or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
