Independent Contractor – Property Survey/Inspection Services
Hibbing, MN Area

Information Providers Inc. is seeking self-directed independent contractors with strong communication, organization, and computer skills. This is a great opportunity to work from your own home or office while performing underwriting surveys and property inspections in the Hibbing, MN.

You’ll manage your own schedule, conduct field inspections, and upload your findings through our secure Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The reports you complete provide key details for underwriting insurance policies and offer valuable recommendations to help reduce potential risks and losses.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel to residential and commercial properties to complete exterior underwriting surveys.
  • Capture photos, collect property data, and upload your findings using a computer, laptop, or smartphone through our ERP system.
  • Provide accurate, professional, and timely inspection services while maintaining company standards.
  • Schedule and manage your own appointments within your assigned territory.

What We’re Looking For

  • Independent Contractors (1099): Be your own boss and set your own schedule.
  • Flexible Hours: Work during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday.
