Are you a licensed Texas real estate professional who thrives on leadership, organization, and delivering exceptional service? As a Property Manager, you'll take ownership of the daily operations and performance of assigned properties while building strong relationships with residents and owners. You'll manage leasing, applicant screening, lease negotiations, renewals, and occupancy goals. You'll ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and local regulations.
You'll coordinate maintenance and vendor work orders while monitoring service levels and performance. You'll maintain accurate records and reports using AppFolio and Google Suite while professionally handling resident concerns. Success in this role means maintaining occupancy goals, improving lease turnaround times, strengthening vendor performance, and upholding our values of Dependability, Honesty, and Integrity.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Oversee leasing, applicant screening, lease negotiations, and renewals
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Section 8, LIHTC, and local regulations
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor work orders; manage vendor SLAs
• Maintain accurate records and reports in AppFolio and Google Suite
• Deliver excellent resident service and resolve escalated tenant issues
Qualifications
What You'll Bring (Must-Haves):
• Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
• Experience with AppFolio and LIHTC/Section 8 compliance
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
Nice-To-Haves:
• Portfolio management experience, basic P&L familiarity
Success At 6 Months:
• Maintain occupancy target (X%), reduce lease turnaround time, and improve vendor performance
