Overnight Bilingual Bank Guard
About This Position

-Monitor surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems to identify suspicious activity.-Secure entrances, exits, vault areas, and other restricted locations according to bank security procedures.-Complete electronic daily activity logs, incident reports, and shift reports accurately and on time.-Utilize computers and security software to document incidents, monitor security systems, and communicate with management.-Answer telephones professionally, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately using excellent phone etiquette.-Verify employee, contractor, and vendor identification before granting access.-Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity while following established security protocols.-Report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, security breaches, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
