Job description

Wire Harness Design Engineer

We're hiring a Wire Harness Design Engineer to support a next-generation battery energy storage product preparing for high-volume production.

What You'll Do
  • Design wire harnesses in 2D and 3D using SOLIDWORKS.

  • Route harnesses throughout battery pack assemblies.

  • Select connectors and design mounting/retention solutions.

  • Work with Electrical Engineers to convert schematics into manufacturable designs.

  • Create drawings, documentation, and release packages.

  • Support prototype builds and production readiness.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of wire harness design experience.

  • Strong SOLIDWORKS experience.

  • Mechanical harness routing and packaging expertise.

  • Connector selection, IP-rated designs, and harness mounting experience.

  • Ability to read electrical schematics.

  • Experience in EV, battery, automotive, aerospace, or similar industries preferred.

  • Zuken E3 experience is a plus.
