The Opportunity:

We are looking for an individual fit for either a Wireman or an Apprentice role and deep residential electrical install experience to help us improve processes and procedures that will ensure high quality and efficiency. You will be responsible for working as a part of a crew to remove gas furnaces, install electric heat pump systems, and collaborate with engineering teams on how the product can be improved and the install process streamlined.

What You Will Do:

  • Install required electrical to support heat pump installs
  • Calculate electrical loads
  • Upgrade main electrical panels as needed
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
  • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
  • Test electrical systems for functionality and efficiency

What You Bring:

  • Residential retrofit experience required
  • Wireman's Licensed electrician in Denver and surrounding areas preferred but other licenses or certifications considered
  • Well versed in newer technologies like SMART panels, splitters, sub-panels, to optimize when faced with main panel or full service upgrades
  • Well versed in modern residential electrical building codes
  • Strong knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
  • Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24 - $29 per hour - Apprentice
