Now Hiring: Contract Wire Operations Specialists


Accounting Now is seeking two Contract ONLY Wire Operations Specialists to support both Consumer and Commercial Wire processing.


This is a fully onsite opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced operational environment and are committed to accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service.


What You’ll Do:

  • Process incoming and outgoing consumer and commercial wire transfers.
  • Review wire requests for completeness, accuracy, and authorization.
  • Ensure compliance with FRB, OFAC, BSA, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Research and validate domestic and international wire instructions.
  • Assist members and internal teams with wire-related questions and troubleshooting.
  • Trace and investigate wire transactions as needed.
  • Monitor activity for potential fraud indicators and escalate concerns appropriately.
  • Maintain recurring wire templates, documentation, and accurate transaction records.
  • Communicate professionally with members, branches, and internal departments.
  • Handle approximately 10–20 inbound and outbound calls daily related to wire processing and member inquiries.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • The ability to learn and apply complex procedures quickly.
  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, deposit operations, wire processing, ACH, fraud prevention, administrative processing, or data entry is preferred.
