MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Procurement Manager to join our team in Oahu, HI.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Plans and directs the daily work of purchasing departments and monitors the status of open contracts to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Implement organizational policies for vendor evaluation and negotiate complex terms for the acquisition of mission-critical materials.
  • Supervise the preparation of procurement reports and ensure that all purchasing activities adhere to federal safety, quality, and legal standards.
  • Manages the execution of procurement tasks and vendor performance monitoring for special operations facilities within the Pacific AOR.
  • Evaluate regional procurement status reports to prioritize resource allocation and ensure infrastructure reliability for high-impact mission sets.
  • Lead the coordination of local vendors and logistics teams to resolve contract performance issues affecting theater-wide readiness and command-and-control operations.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Experience in quality gate oversight and developing technical procurement protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or a related field.
  • Experience with Navy Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) or USACE procurement protocols.
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD delivery and security protocols for contracted services.

Clearance Requirement:
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $142,200.00-$254,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
