Description

The Tier 2/VIP Desktop role would be responsible for assisting our EVPs & SVPs with IT issues and general support. In addition, support board meetings, global economic summits, and large-scale high visibility meetings. Monitoring, triaging, and closing tickets. Strong communication skills and ability to provide white glove service and translate technical data for executive users.

In addition to this, this individual will have a critical part in:

- Setting up the technology for board meetings for individuals such as the Governor

- Assisting VIPs with setting up technology for international travel

- Setting up the access for the entire organization's Dynamics CRM transformation.
