At The Bouma Group Realtors, located in downtown Ann Arbor, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to support our dynamic real estate team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processes from contract to closing, providing exceptional service to our clients and agents.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the contract to close process for all transactions
  • Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers
  • Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.
  • Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
  • Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met
  • Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files
  • Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track activities and tasks in PLACE Technology
