The resource request is for supporting the Teradata Data Warehouse systems. The position is for a Teradata Systems DBA which is critical to the ongoing work and rolling out of the new

Teradata transformation project/ architecture which may include the opportunity to acquire Hadoop and Cloud strategy knowledge. In addition, the candidate would be responsible for managing

Teradata databases, Teradata Managed server tools, Data Movement DSA Data Streaming Architecture, BAR Backup and Recovery technology, and Cloud NAS Object Storage.

•Advanced working knowledge of Teradata RDBMS at both physical and logical levels.

•Advanced working knowledge of Teradata suite of tools; Data Mover, BAR, TASM, TTU Tools, TPT, DBQL, PDCR, Viewpoint.

•Familiar with Teradata Systems setup, GDO, DBS Control etc.

•Working knowledge of Mainframe interfaces and execution; TDP, JCL, TSO,ISPF, GATEWAY MEDIATION, NDM.

•Experience with Linux / Unix operating systems.

•Automation scripting experience using BASH / Python is a must have for this role.

•Teradata security , SSO and Active directory integration.
