Job description

Onsite 5 days a week – candidates must be local to Atlanta or Dallas and available for a 2nd round onsite interview.

Title - Senior C++ Software Engineer (AI-First Development)

We're looking for a highly experienced Senior C++ Engineer to join an AI-first engineering team building complex, high-performance software applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with modern C++ (C++17/C++20) in production environments
  • Experience building scalable, performance-critical applications
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented design, multithreading, memory management, and debugging
  • Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and modern software engineering best practices
  • Experience using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools as part of daily development (not just experimentation)
  • Comfortable leveraging AI for coding, debugging, testing, and code reviews while validating generated output

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with agentic AI workflows or MCP servers
  • Background working on distributed or large-scale systems
  • Strong system design and architecture experience

We're looking for engineers who have fully embraced AI-assisted software development and can demonstrate both advanced C++ expertise and an AI-driven engineering workflow.
