Job description

You will be the Software Engineering Manager for the Engineering & Technology (E&T) team. Our team is responsible for delivering endtoend software solutions, from requirements analysis through verification, in a fastpaced, Agile environment.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Software Engineering Manager you will lead fullstack development, guide technical strategy, and champion bestinclass engineering practices.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Direct fullstack application development and oversee the software lifecycle (requirements, design, code, test, integration, verification).

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical coaching, career development, and performance feedback.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute software development activities while ensuring alignment with engineering standards and processes.

  • Drive recruitment, selection, and training initiatives; oversee performance assessments, salary planning, and competency development.

  • Partner with program leadership and customers to ensure program requirements are met, maintain engineering rigor, and act as the technical conscience for the program.
