Job Description HII- Mission Technologies is searching for a Junior Contract Security Program Officer to join our team in Washington DC. The CSPO, under the direction of the Chief of Security, is responsible for the SCI program security management to ensure compliance with U.S.

Government directives, regulations, and customer directed requirements. The CSPO, as the liaison, must effectively communicate with senior leaders and be knowledgeable of all security pillars: Physical security, Industrial Security, Information Security, personnel security, and Cyber Security; Development of Program Protection Plans, OPSEC Plans, SOPS, SSAs and Transportation plans.Conduct internal self-assessments and assisting with staff assistance visits and external security assessments and may be tasked with other duties as assigned. Industrial Security Analyst 1: $59,000 - $85,000 Industrial Security Analyst 2: $85,000 - $105,000 Essential Job Responsibilities Review investigation and documentation of security violations/incidents and provide recommendatiรถns for corrective actions to program personnel/management.

Maintain applicable personnel security records for SAP/SCi related programs to include the use of SIMS, JADE and DISS. Conduct SAP/SCI indoctrinationS and debriefs. Understanding and implementation of program security classification guidance by providing classification reviews and guidance.

Ability to interpret security policy to develop and implement security plans and procedures. Review and prepare prescreening paperwork (PARs/SCI Nominations) for access determinations. Working knowledge on the preparation and maintenance of Prime and Subcontractor DD254s.

Initiate, prepare, notify and travel to assist in facility site security inspections in accordance with IC and DOD security policies. Minimum Qualifications Industrial Security Analyst 1 : 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience. Industrial Security Analyst 2 : 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.

TS/SCI required to start, must be able and willing to obtain CI Poly. Preferred Requirements Expertise on thefollowing Security Management Systems: DISS, JADE, SIMS, CNET and NISS. Familiarity on polygraph program management and procedures, Familiarity on IC, DOD, and other SAP security policies and requirements Must be able to work independently The listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
