Security Management Office Support (TS/SCI) - Pending Contract Award
Location: MacDill AFB, FL
Status: Upcoming Work - Full-Time / On-Site
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI required
Position Description
Dive Deep Security is seeking a Security Management Office Support Specialist (TS/SCI) to provide comprehensive security management and administrative support to the Command Element at MacDill Air Force Base. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in classified information handling, security clearance verification, DISS/NBIS management, and support of security program operations within a military or government environment.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Perform classified material handling, marking, storage, safeguarding, and destruction in accordance with DoD and DCSA standards.
โ€ข Manage and verify security clearances and visit requests.
โ€ข Administer and maintain access within DISS and NBIS databases.
โ€ข Support Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling procedures.
โ€ข Prepare and assist in security reviews and assessments.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
โ€ข Support security clearance procedures and visit authorization processes.
โ€ข Provide on-call or after-hours emergency security response support as required at MacDill AFB.
โ€ข Assist in threat assessment and risk management functions for the 5th MEB Security Management Office.
Required Qualifications
โ€ข Active TS/SCI clearance.
โ€ข 3-5 years of experience in security management within a military or government environment.
โ€ข Proficiency in DISS and NBIS database management.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of classified information handling and destruction procedures.
โ€ข Experience with CUI and security verification processes.
โ€ข Familiarity with security reviews, inspections, and NISPOM compliance.
โ€ข Availability for on-call emergency security response.
Education Requirements
โ€ข Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or
โ€ข Associate degree with 5+ years of related experience, or
โ€ข 10+ years of direct relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Highly Preferred:
โ€ข Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) - IAAP
โ€ข Defense Travel System (DTS) Certification
