Torch Technologies is seeking a Facility Manager to serve as the primary interface within the 53 Wing WG/28th Test and Evaluation Squadron (28 TES) at Eglin AFB, FL. As a Facility Manager your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: * Project & Facility Management: Plan and sustain major/minor Civil Engineering (CE) repairs and building projects. Submit and track NEXGEN work requests. Manage office reconfigurations, workspace hardware, personnel moves, and the master seating plan. Maintain facility and Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) to current standards. Collaborate with Squadron/Wing/Group SWT and Security Teams on renovations to ensure the integrity of the facility is not breeched. * Engineering & Planning: Provide engineering/scientific advice to ensure facilities meet all technical and future requirements. Assist in developing laboratory options for advanced state-of-the-art munition R&D, modeling, and simulation. Develop, cost analyses, programmatic Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and evaluate technical proposals. * Procurement & Logistics: Procure, manage, and account for equipment and supplies in accordance with AF policies. Coordinate with organizational budget offices and base contracting prior to major purchases. Obtain quotes, recommend warranties, and maintain acquisition and property records (Government and non-Government owned). * Security Operations/Assistant/ Security Manager (ASM): Serve as the primary interface with 53WG/28TES Security. Coordinate visit requests, external customer clearances, and front desk manning. Manage industrial security forms (AF Form 310, DD Form 254, SF 700). Prepare physical security accreditation packages, alarm letters, and facility diagrams. Assist Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process for Approvals to Operate (ATO). Required Qualifications: * US Citizenship.
* Requires Bachelor's Degree or related experience.
* 3 years of relevant experience or 6 years relevant experience in leu of a BS degree.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Must have an Active DoW SECRET security clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in large facility management.
* A strong understanding of the technical systems and equipment within a facility, along with proficiency in relevant management tools.
* Overseeing various projects related to facility operations, maintenance, and improvements.
* Assistant Security Manager (ASM) experience.
* Skilled craftsman.
