Off Lease Only LLC is seeking a Security Guard!

Summary:
This job is primarily responsible for monitoring the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
  • Lock doors and gates of entrance and exits to secure lot.
  • Work in the guard gate when needed; inspect customer's documents prior to allowing customers to take vehicles on test drives to ensure the test drives are authorized.
  • Inspect cars exiting for a test drive including trunk, seats, glove box, etc.
  • Complete vehicle walk-around to note any unusual damage and remove key box.
  • Scan stock numbers of incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  • Attach temporary license plate and provide test drive directions.
  • Provide information for test drive summary log to supervisor.
  • Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Availability to work daytime or nighttime shifts.
  • Have the ability to speak and understand English.
  • Valid Florida Driver's License with acceptable driving history at the sole discretion of Off Lease Only.
  • Prior customer service experience required.
  • Previous security experience strongly preferred .
  • Previous experience working in dealerships or in the automotive industry preferred but not required.
  • Must possess Security D License
