About the Role
We're looking for a senior Technical Project Manager to help drive execution for a cutting-edge consumer product initiative at the intersection of software, firmware, and hardware innovation. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-moving, startup-like environment developing next-generation wearable technology.
You'll play a critical role in bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to highly cross-functional teams building integrated systems that combine mobile applications, embedded firmware, and physical products.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building processes from scratch, and knows how to lead teams through complex product development challenges.
What You'll Do
• Drive end-to-end execution for software and firmware development across cross-functional teams
• Lead Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog management, and ceremonies
• Own JIRA workflows, ensuring strong backlog hygiene, prioritization, and delivery tracking
• Establish and evolve development processes and SDLC practices in a fast-changing environment
• Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and QA to align priorities and resolve ambiguity
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure teams are progressing toward key milestones
• Facilitate decision-making and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
• Maintain documentation to support execution, accountability, and alignment
What You Bring
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Delivery, or similar roles
• Strong experience leading software AND firmware development efforts
• Background working on consumer products, ideally hardware-integrated or wearable technology
• Proven experience operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, or early-stage environments
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile PM
• Deep expertise with JIRA and Agile tooling
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate across technical and non-technical teams
• Builder mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with embedded systems, firmware development, or hardware-software integration
• Background in wearables, robotics, connected devices, or smart products
• Experience supporting 0→1 product development or innovation/R&D environments
• Familiarity with mobile or cloud-connected applications tied to physical products
Why This Role
• Work on a highly innovative, next-generation consumer product
• Join a fast-paced, collaborative team with a startup-like culture
• Opportunity to shape processes and influence how products are built from the ground up
• High-impact role at the center of software, hardware, and product development
If you're someone who enjoys turning ambiguity into action and helping teams deliver complex, innovative products, we'd love to hear from you.
