Job description

The National-Corporate Account Manager (NCAM) is the primaryclientcontact for National Account's field management team and individual business units. The individual provides management and strategic direction for ResMed's sales organization, clinical, customer service, and marketing departments by performing thesubsequentduties.

  • Manage designated accounts and solidify business relationships at the national,regionaland local levels asappropriate toensure ResMed products and/or services are key parts of the account's business and revenue generating plans.

  • Elicit both external and internal feedback from the accounts, sales, commercial, and operational departments toidentifycustomer and market needs.

  • Access opportunities to develop/create programs for our customers that support the growth of patient supply replacementbusiness.Responsible in conjunction with National Account Manager for specified account contract sales negotiation, administration, contractual and regulatory compliance.

  • Develop sales goals for each account, reporting quarterly sales and trends.

  • Generate and analyze intelligence necessary to communicate solid direction and leadership to the sales force as it relates to your accounts.

  • Effectively manage any assigned budget and timein order tobe cost-efficient with expense.

  • Provide high-level corporate presentations to customer executives.

  • Maintainhighknowledge level of existing tools, services, and programs designed to support our partners in the marketplace technical knowledge.

  • Maintain knowledge of reimbursement environments affecting customer product lines, including non-ResMed services.

  • Identification and development of new channel accounts/relationships

  • Implement processes and activities to achieve the company's strategic plan

  • 70% travel - nationwide

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university

  • Minimum of seven (7) years successful medical sales or equivalent combination of education and experiences.

  • Excellence in all forms of communication.

  • Priortopranked Medical / Business to Business Sales / Management, experience is highly preferred.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is:$112,000.00 - $168,000.00 USD Annual
