The Supervisor, Service Contracts is responsible for leading the sales support and administration of Bracco service contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational objectives. This role oversees a team of contract administrators who manage contract processing, renewals, and customer agreements.
The Supervisor serves as a key liaison between Legal, Sales, and Service teams, reviewing, negotiating, and approving contract terms to deliver favorable, compliant agreements that meet both business and customer needs. In addition, this role supports broader sales activities by providing expertise in legal terms and conditions related to service and biomedical training agreements.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of contract administrators to ensure high performance, accuracy, and professional growth
    • Set clear goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
    • Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture within the team.
    • Work with technical training teams to manage training and service agreements with external biomedical teams.
  • Contract Administration & Oversight:
    • Oversee the full life cycle of service contracts, including creation, processing, renewals, and amendments.
    • Ensure contracts are administered accurately and in compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor contract portfolio performance, ensuring renewals and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Sales Support & Customer Engagement:
    • Expand service contract coverage by identifying upselling and renewal opportunities.
    • Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for complex service contract negotiations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Service leadership, Sales and Legal to align contract strategies with overall business objectives.
    • Support integration of service contracts into broader commercial strategies, ensuring consistency across agreement.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting:
    • Develop and refine processes that improve contract accuracy, turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics such as renewal rates, revenue generated from contracts and sales performance against targets.
    • Recommend process, policy and system improvements to enhance efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, finance, or a related field. In lieu of degree, High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years of progressive experience in contract management, administration, or B2B sales within a corporate or regulated environment may be considered.
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience, specifically with mentoring, guiding, and developing team members.
  • Advanced understanding of service contract structures, contract law, and risk management principles.
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ERP systems, or other enterprise contract management platforms.
  • Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in contract management or service contract sales.
  • 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in medical device, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and field-based personnel, including those in cardiac cath lab, CT, and MR environments.
  • Demonstrated success driving process improvements and implementing best practices in contract administration.

Compensation & Total Rewards:

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $82,000 - 89,000

*Estimated Starting Salary Range is reflective of the range Bracco Medical Technologies reasonably expects to pay for the position. The range provided is based on salary and market data specific to the position.
