Job description

Founded in 1977, All Flex Solutions is a leading provider of specialty flex and rigid flex circuits, flexible heaters, and value-added assemblies for mission and life critical applications. All Flex Solutions' product can be found in many applications and markets, including medical, defense, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial and telecommunications.

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative within our Business Development Department. The successful candidate will possess a background in consultative selling in a B2B environment, and a track record in developing new customers, fostering client relationships to drive project/quote activity and achieving revenue targets. Technical know-how and previous experience in the PCB or heating industry is a plus.

The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to provide initial qualification and sales activity for inbound contacts from companies requesting information and quotes. The ideal candidate will want to grow into a Business Development Manager role to focus primarily on proactive sales generation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Qualify incoming leads from Marketing and disposition as appropriate in CRM.

  • Document the customer application and use, business need, current supplier or production status, estimated annual revenue, timing, and initial reasons the company may win the opportunity.
  • Use an approved qualification checklist to confirm that the customer need fits company capabilities and that sufficient information is available before significant internal resources are committed.
  • Escalate questions involving strategic fit, technical feasibility, risk, pricing, commercial terms, or resource commitment to the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date sales funnel

Identify which incoming leads should be transferred to Business Development Managers for support through the sale cycle.

Support and handle from quote inquiry to order stages those leads that do not get transferred to Business Development Managers

Back-up Business Development Managers as applicable while

Provide quantitative and qualitative feedback on leads back to Marketing

Attend selected tradeshows as appropriate

Follow-up and nurture ideal leads as required to further the sales process

Seek referrals for additional opportunities from leads

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years in Inside Sales or Customer Service
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively convey intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Strong capacity to establish rapport and credibility with clients while navigating technical intricacies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual with a passion for achieving targets while embodying the All Flex Solutions vision, mission, and culture.
  • Must be a US Citizen or US Person (ITAR compliant)

We offer a competitive base salary in the $60,000 to $80,000 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus and profit-sharing opportunities tied to performance.
