Pay Range: $21 - $25 per hour, plus mileage

    Position Overview: We’re hiring Drivers to join our growing team and help deliver top-tier moving and storage services. As a Driver, you’ll take charge of delivery operations of Customer trailers — picking up trailers from the lot, driving them in a timely fashion to the Service area, returning trailers and ensuring that each customer’s experience is smooth, professional, and stress-free..

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate delivery portion of Flex moves, including trailer deliveries, pickups, and moves.
    • Work with third-party moving partners and ensure safe, professional staging and communication.
    • Act as contact with Live Operations for eta and performance issues.
    • Inspect and operate staged trailers for issues before haul.
    • Operate pickup trucks, haul and pick up / deliver trailers as part of job execution.
    • Safely transport equipment and materials between customer locations, parking lots, and staging areas.
    • Ensure all driving complies with DOT and Flex standards.
    • Represent Flex’s values of professionalism, reliability, and innovation.
    • Report any incidents or job exceptions promptly to HQ/Operations.

    Qualifications

    • Required: Must be at least 21 years of age
    • Required: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Preferred: Experience pickup trucks with trailers
    • Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using a smartphone and apps
    • Strong decision-making skills in dynamic, real-time job environments

    Physical Requirements:

    • Driving- Operating a pick-up trick for extended periods
    • Hand Dexterity-Handling tools, equipment, and mobile devices (Smartphones)
    • Visual Activity-Reading delivery instructions, maps, labels, and operating vehicles
    • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)- Must wear PPE (e.g gloves, safety vests, etc.) as required by Flex
    • Environmental Exposure-Work may be performed in outdoor conditions including heat, rain, or cold
