What is a flex representative?

A Flex Representative is a versatile employee, often in companies like Amazon, who is assigned to various roles or departments based on business needs. Their primary responsibility is to fill in for absent employees or help out in areas experiencing higher demand. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to quickly learn new tasks. Flex Representatives can work in warehouses, customer service, or other operational areas, ensuring smooth business operations. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their work and can adjust to changing environments.
