Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Test Manager to lead testing strategy and execution for a large-scale enterprise data modernization initiative. This role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and seamless integration as legacy platforms transition to modern cloud-based environments. You will play a key role in overseeing end-to-end testing efforts while collaborating closely with engineering, data, and business teams. Responsibilities

  • Define and lead end-to-end testing strategy for data migration and system modernization initiatives
  • Develop and execute large-scale regression testing frameworks across impacted systems
  • Design test scenarios based on business workflows, data usage, and downstream dependencies
  • Create and manage test plans, test cases, and execution timelines
  • Oversee defect tracking, prioritization, and resolution processes
  • Validate data integrity, accuracy, and completeness across legacy and target systems
  • Partner with technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure full testing coverage
  • Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams without disrupting development velocity
  • Provide hands-on support with testing efforts, including test execution and validation
  • Mentor QA resources and recommend improvements in automation, tools, and processes'

Qualifications

  • Experience in QA/Test Management
  • Strong hands-on experience with data migration testing (e.g., Oracle to Snowflake or similar platforms)
  • Proven ability to lead large-scale regression testing initiatives
  • Experience working with ETL/data pipelines and tools such as Informatica
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure)
  • Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and Agile methodologies
  • Strong understanding of data dependencies and downstream system impacts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a hands-on leadership capacity
  • Must be able to work in Hawaii Standard Time (HST)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
