Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to clients through virtual sessions, utilizing technology to enhance the therapeutic experience.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all sessions in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development through collaboration with colleagues and participation in training opportunities.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on client progress.
• Participate in supervision and consultation meetings to uphold clinical standards and receive mentorship opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional, such as LMFT, LPC-MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing clinical therapy to adults.
• Proficiency in using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, especially Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Strong written communication skills for accurate and thorough documentation of therapeutic sessions.
• A history of ethical practice with a clean disciplinary record from any licensing board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an online or remote mental health setting, with a familiarity of virtual therapy tools.
• Expertise in additional therapeutic techniques or modalities that enhance client care.
• Ability to manage diverse client caseloads effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a potential signing bonus of up to $1,000. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off. Our therapists also receive compensation for no-shows and late cancellations, ensuring financial stability while focusing on patient care.
