The Role: Contract Administrator (Lead)

As a Contract Administrator (Lead), you will oversee Service Order governance and contract administration workflows that support commercial execution across the business. This role exists to ensure deals are operationally sound, aligned to contractual standards, and structured to support accurate billing and long-term customer success.

You will serve as a key operational bridge between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Post-Sales Operations while driving improvements in contract lifecycle management processes and automation.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Review and validate Service Orders and sales transactions for accuracy and completeness

  • Ensure Service Orders align with governing Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, dates, deliverables, or non-standard terms

  • Act as an operational checkpoint during deal negotiations to reduce downstream billing or operational issues

  • Evaluate contract terms for impacts to invoicing, SLAs, revenue recognition, and customer operations

  • Partner with Finance and Billing teams to ensure CLM data supports invoicing workflows accurately

  • Collaborate with Legal to improve clause libraries and reduce recurring contract friction points

  • Configure and maintain CLM workflows, approval routing, and document standards

  • Support automation initiatives for MSA and Service Order linkage within CLM systems

  • Maintain version control for sales-facing templates and approved documents

  • Track and report on Service Order accuracy, turnaround times, and operational exceptions

  • Identify recurring deal structure issues and recommend process improvements

  • Support CLM enhancements, testing, rollout, and adoption of new workflows

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • You assess deals with both operational and commercial impact in mind

  • You identify risks early and provide practical solutions

  • You communicate clearly across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams

  • You maintain strong attention to detail in high-volume environments

  • You improve workflows and look for opportunities to automate manual processes

  • You use reporting and operational insights to drive process improvements

  • You balance speed, accuracy, and compliance effectively

What Youโ€™ll Bring

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Contract Administration, or related functions

  • Experience supporting Order-to-Cash workflows

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience reviewing contracts, Service Orders, or commercial terms

  • Proficiency with Salesforce and CLM platforms

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with DocuSign CLM or similar platforms

  • Familiarity with billing operations, revenue recognition, or SLA structures

  • Experience supporting process automation or workflow optimization initiatives
