Overview:

TheJSSrole is responsible for identifying key largescale end user targets and facilitating their conversion to the Milwaukee brand, with a strong focus onOutdoor Power Equipment (OPE)such as brushcutters, lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and snow blowers. The role includes cold calling, field visits, and making joint sales calls with or on behalf of distributors. Key enduser groups include: landscaping contractors, municipal and public services, property and facility maintenance companies, forestry operators, and outdoor maintenance service providers.

This is amobile fieldbased position covering the North-East part of Romania, Moldova. The role also includes servicing existing customers, increasing repeat business, and building longterm relationships within the assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage your personal customer portfolio according to the business strategy and agreed goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrate the range ofoutdoor power equipment and accessoriesto existing and new specialist end users, converting key contractors to the Milwaukee brand.
  • Provide efficient solutions and technical support on Milwaukee's innovative OPE product range, applications and services.
  • Train and educate end users on the performance advantages and safe, proper use of Milwaukee outdoor equipment.
  • Ensure that all Company products and services are continually promoted through regular contact with existing customers and prospects, and follow up leads for new business opportunities.
  • Set relevant call objectives in CRM and plan followup actions to further develop and penetrate accounts.
  • Update CRM daily to maintain a broad but detailed range of customer and activity information.
  • Maintain a high level of product, trade and application knowledge, with emphasis on OPE.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events as required.
  • Carry out any other adhoc duties as instructed by the Line Manager.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of successful selling experience, with strong emphasis on enduser/commercial sales.
  • Ideally experience in or knowledge ofoutdoor power equipment, garden tools, landscaping equipment, forestry tools, or construction-related tools and services.
  • Practically minded with technical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills internally and externally.
  • Strong IT skills, e.g. CRM, MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet.
  • Willingness to work away from home when necessary and occasional weekends (agreed in advance).
  • Clean Driving License.
  • English - working knowledge.
