We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to support our client by driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a subject matter expert in performance improvement systems, Lean methodologies, and reliability initiatives, helping deliver improvements in Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost through a data-driven approach. Onsite Locations: Lincoln NE | Oak Hill NY | Guayama PR Job Type: Full-Time Contract (W2) Hourly Rate: $75–$85 per hour. Compensation is negotiable and will be based on the candidate’s experience, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.
