Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Commercial to lead complex projects and play a key role in driving operational success within their Commercial Division.
This is a direct hire, onsite leadership role with full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage high-level client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to strategic planning and business development.
Pay Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually. Compensation commensurate with experience, technical expertise, industry background, and overall qualifications.
Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple large-scale commercial projects simultaneously
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
  • Negotiate contracts and manage high-level client relationships
  • Direct project teams, subcontractors, and internal staff
  • Identify risks and implement solutions proactively
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to business development and process improvements
 
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Solid knowledge of: Scheduling and budgeting; Cost control and forecasting; Contract negotiation
  • PMP or similar certification (preferred)
