1 Full-Time Patient Concierge / Receptionist – Temporary position (12-Month contract)

Who You Are:

You're friendly, organized, and calm under pressure. You enjoy creating a welcoming experience and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You thrive in a caring, professional environment, and love being the first smile patients see.

What You’ll Do:

Be the face and voice of our clinic — online, on the phone, and in person!

  • Greet & check in patients

  • Update and manage patient records in EMR

  • Answer phones & triage inquiries

  • Book appointments & send reminders

  • Process payments & reconcile daily reports

  • Prepare charts & assist with billing

  • Escort patients to ultrasound rooms

  • Maintain a calm, respectful waiting room
