About the Role

We are hiring Credentialing Specialist/Registrar to support a newly awarded Department of the Labor (DOL) contract, staffing centers in multiple cities. The Registrar performs identity-proofing and enrollment activities required to issue secure federal PIV credentials. This role ensures proper identity verification, collection of biometric data, and compliance with federal credentialing standards. If you are detail-oriented, comfortable working with sensitive personal information, and looking for flexible part-time hours in a mission-driven government environment, we would like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct identity proofing for federal employees and contractors.
  • Collect biometric and biographic data, including fingerprints and photographs.
  • Review and validate identity source documents (driver's license, passport, etc.).
  • Issue and update PIV credentials; unblock or replace cards as needed.
  • Register PIV cards into Physical Access Control Systems (PACS).
  • Receive and process credential terminations upon employee separation.

What You'll Need

  • Associate's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience (including 1 year of technical support), OR 5 years of office support experience.
  • Ability to complete required USAccess Registrar training and maintain certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when handling sensitive personal data.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Eligibility to work on a federal government contract at an onsite credentialing center.
