Location - South Boston, MA
Salary - $85-95k + 10% Bonus
Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 3 Weeks PTO, 401k with 3% Match, Local Perks
High-volume artisan bakery commissary producing breads, viennoiserie, pastries, and desserts for dozens of cafés.
Qualifications:
Tenure that shows stability in prior roles (no job-hoppers)
Previous commissary or central-production bakery leadership experience required
Strong large-volume artisan bread production experience required
Hands-on bread-baking expertise with strong knowledge of fermentation, proofing, and production consistency
Lamination and viennoiserie experience is a strong plus
Experience leading a large overnight bakery or food-production team
Strong background in scheduling, labor management, production planning, and workflow organization
Experience maintaining quality-control, food-safety, sanitation, and inventory standards
Comfortable stepping into production and supporting the team when operationally necessary
Must be available for an overnight schedule and able to work weekends and holidays as business needs require
