Job description

Adecco is hiring immediately for a Manufacturing Project Manager with a local client in Austin, TX.

Pay: $33.80/hr.

Hours: 9am-5pm (Over time on Saturday on need basis)

Duration: 18-month contract

Key Responsibilities 

·         Effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.

·         Ensure that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.

·         Lead regular program reviews, readiness assessments, and risk management discussions.

·         Communicate program status, risks, mitigation plans, and executive updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.

·         Effectively engage with driving BOM uploads/CP request

·         Launch schedule CRF (change reques form) and update PUSH/DROP if applicable.

·         Manage and track system ship dates and update the system push pout tracker accordingly.

·         Close CRFs when project manager are the last approvers.

·         Issue Delivery notes for completed projects.

·         Paperwork refresher on systems that have been sitting in FGI but are approaching their ship date,

·         Establish and coordinate cross-functional teams consisting of Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Test Engineering, Quality, Product Engineering, Operations, and Program Management

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred

·         0-4 years of experience

·         Project management experience

·         MS office

·         Data Analytics – desired

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
