Job description

We'reย looking for a motivated, detail-oriented college student to join our National Sales organization as aย Project Management Intern. In this role,ย you'llย sit at the center of our Inside and Field sales teams, helping drive revenue-generating projects from kickoff to completion.ย You'llย act as a connective thread across sales reps, internal departments, and multiple business verticals,ย includingย eCommerce, Retail, and Art,ย gaining hands-on experience in how a high-performing sales engineย optimizesย Revenue driven strategies.ย 

This is an ideal opportunity for a student interested in project management, sales operations, or business strategy who wants real ownership and visibility with senior leadership.ย 

This position is expected to start September 2026 and continue through the entire Fall 2026 term (through December 2026). Our internships are a minimum ofย 12 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site.ย 

In This Role

  • Coordinate revenue-driving projectsย across the Inside and Field National sales teams, tracking timelines, deliverables, and next steps to keep initiatives movingย 
  • Collaborate across sales teams, serving as a reliable point of contact who keeps Inside and Field reps aligned on shared goals and prioritiesย 
  • Partner across internal departmentsย to remove roadblocks and ensure projects stay on scheduleย 
  • Support work spanning multiple verticals,ย adapting to the unique needs and stakeholders of each business lineย 
  • Maintain project trackers and dashboards, providing clear status updates and surfacing risks earlyย 
  • Prepare reporting and summariesย for the Senior Director of National Sales to inform decision-makingย 
  • Help organize cross-functional meetings, capturing action items and following up to drive accountability
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred)ย 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at onceย 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable working with people across teams andย seniorityย levelsย 
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset - you enjoy connecting dots and bringing people togetherย
