Indotronix is seeking an : Facilities Project Administrator Level 3, Portland, OR

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate contractor proposals to ensure fair and reasonable cost and support contractor selection, contract award, and negotiations
Develop and manage project work packages including budget, schedule, drawings, specifications, and statements of work
Coordinate with stakeholders including customers, engineering, SHEA, security, vendors, and infrastructure teams to define and implement project plans
Create conceptual designs, layouts, and preliminary scopes of work aligned with customer requirements
Develop cost estimates (conceptual, budgetary, and detailed) and support business case analysis
Monitor project execution including construction activities, relocations, utility shutdowns, and schedule adherence
Ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal regulations
Manage documentation, permits, contracts, and project records to ensure proper project closeout and audit readiness
Track and log project requests in work management systems and maintain accurate project documentation
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members

Required Skills

Strong construction/project management background with 5+ years of experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience with Bluebeam
Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

Experience in facilities, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects
