Job Title: Digital Producer II

Location: Roswell, GA 30076

Duration: 12 Months Contract-To-Hire role

Overview

  • The Digital producer will be responsible for the implementation of digital projects.
  • The Digital Producer should have global understanding of the digital industry, available services and trends, new or emerging technologies and how to deliver digital solutions ranging from tactical to strategic.
  • The Digital Producer will drive collaboration with Client's stakeholders (brand, IMP, etc.) and other ITS teams (infrastructure, security, etc.) to ensure the correct technology and processes are in place to deliver timely and high quality digital solutions - both globally and regionally.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Engage ITS Business Partner, Business & Digital Agency in the clarification of business requirements and ensure completeness of requirements specification
  • Facilitate prioritization of digital marketing projects and Information Technology decisions
  • Review business requirement documentation defined by Business & Agency
  • Accountable to ensure 1st level operational support on functional and technical queries are responded to with appropriate urgency by the digital production team, business and/or agencies
  • Prepare project communication documents such as meeting minutes, status reporting etc. and share with digital production and business teams
  • Conduct agency digital production orientation
  • Engage with all development teams on compliance to development standards and vulnerability remediation for site delivery
  • Work with Technical Lead to offer digital tools roadmaps and capabilities for associated brands
  • Measure and improve the performance of all parties in the delivery of digital productions (e.g. Cost, schedules, quality, standards and ongoing operations) with the guidance from Production lead
  • Accountable for client support and may include tactical engagement and budget management / planning
  • Measure and recommend improvement opportunities on brand site, social media apps, mobile apps, etc. performance vs business metrics / KPIsin partnership with Marketing Technology Enablement Team
  • Collate statistics on site / social media / apps success measures and provide analysis to Business Partner for digital strategy definition
  • Engage Digital Producers in other regions to understand successful digital campaign and share with the business partners/marketing as appropriate

Dimensions:

Budget: No direct responsibility for budget but responsible for the delivery of the digital projects in the budget portfolio.

Personnel: The Digital Producer will interact with a variety of internal and external resources. The role will collaborate with the Service Providers that develop the commercial program and commercial platform.

Qualifications

Skills / Experience Required:

  • A college degree and 5+ years of business and/or IT experience or an advanced degree in a relevant area
  • Experience managing complex digital applications using agile methodology
  • Demonstrated working experience in digital agency managing projects on web, social media and mobile technologies, desirable
  • Demonstrated experience and success managing functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience in absorbing digital information and communicating effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of best practice project management methodologies, using SCRUM framework
  • Facilitating cross-functional team meetings
  • Developing relationships with internal Customers and Service Providers
  • Experience in end-to-end web, social media and mobile technologies
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent communication capability; written, verbal
  • Able to identify, address or escalate potential dependencies and issues
