As a Finance Manager, you will work directly with customers and lenders to secure financing, present protection products, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable motorcycle-buying experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, ethical sales professional, and proven closer who understands how to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Secure financing approvals through approved lending institutions

Present financing options and explain contract terms clearly and professionally

Offer and sell F&I products

Maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance partners

Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant

Work closely with the Sales Department to facilitate timely vehicle deliveries

Meet and exceed monthly performance goals for product penetration and profitability

Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process

Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and lender regulations

Qualifications

Previous Finance Manager or F&I experience preferred

Powersports, automotive, RV, or marine finance experience preferred

Strong closing and sales skills

Experience with lender relations and finance contract processing

Ability to explain financial products clearly and professionally

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Valid driver's license required
