We are seeking an LPN/RN **$38/hr- $40/HOUR - ASAP START CONTRACT** to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high-quality patient care.

Day and night shift available, 12 hour shifts
 

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Mount Olive, NC  Schedule: PRN, Part-Time, Full-Time, and Contract Opportunities Employer: Prolific Nursing and Concierge Services, PLLC Job Summary: Prolific Nursing and Concierge Services, PLLC is currently hiring LPNs and RNs to provide quality care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Nurses will work flexible schedules while delivering compassionate and professional nursing services in various facility settings. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care based on individualized care plans.
     
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by a physician.
     
  • Monitor and document changes in resident conditions.
     
  • Communicate with physicians, families, and facility staff as needed.
     
  • Supervise CNAs and other support staff.
     
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
     
  • Follow infection control and HIPAA regulations.
     
  • Participate in resident assessments and care planning.
     
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations.
     
Qualifications:
  • Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina.
     
  • Current CPR or BLS certification.
     
  • At least one year of nursing experience in the long term care facility mandatory.
     
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
     
  • Dependable, professional, and flexible.
     
  • Able to work independently and follow facility protocols.
