Description

Position Full Full-Time Power Washer

Location: Projects throughout San Diego County. Must have reliable transportation to arrive at our yard off Mission Gorge Road.

MUST have a valid CA Driver's License to drive a company vehicle

Hours: Overnights during the week, must be able to work between 8:30 pm and 6:30 am | Saturdays & Sundays starting at 4:30 am (2 days off, will vary)

Salary: $20.00 per hour paid weekly



Position Summary:

The Power Washing Technician identifies and performs a variety of highly skilled maintenance work through contract and work order Power Washing.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Identifying property maintenance needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Operating heavy duty utility vehicle that houses power washing equipment
  • Safely positioning utility vehicle and equipment to ensure the safety of the operator and any civilians
  • Cleaning all areas as assigned.
  • Operating flush hose, power washer, and soap hoses
  • Conducting preventative maintenance functions in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
  • Maintaining overall maintenance and appearance of the community and grounds.
  • Communicating with clients and residents in a kind and respectful manner.
  • Ensuring that all scheduled jobs and time keeping are properly recorded and submitted.
  • Maintaining ongoing equipment inventory and updates equipment needs list.
  • Submit pictures of the completed jobs on a Daily basis.
  • Completing all other duties assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Some training or trade school related to the position is preferred
  • Must have a current DL with a clean driving record
  • 2-3 years of commercial building maintenance experience
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, occasionally to move up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to climb a ladder while carrying necessary parts
  • Ability to be on one's feet for an extended time
  • Ability to push or pull equipment with force
  • Ability to work with medium to high-level cleaning chemicals and comply with MSDS sheets
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel locally
  • Boom Lift/Scissor Lift Experience is a plus
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English required.
  • Experience with service contracts is a plus.
