Managing these requires knowledge of the appropriate cleaning agents, equipment settings, and safety protocols for different surfaces like concrete, wood, or siding. Effective communication with clients about their expectations and site-specific concerns is also crucial. Additionally, time management and logistical planning are important, especially when handling multiple contracts or large commercial projects.

These skills ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction while maintaining safety standards.

How do I find clients for contract pressure washing?

Contract pressure washing professionals can find clients by networking with property managers, real estate agents, and business owners, and by advertising services through local online directories, social media, and flyers. Building a strong reputation with quality work and obtaining certifications can also attract repeat and referral clients. Consistent outreach and demonstrating reliability are key to securing ongoing contracts.

What is contract pressure washing?

Contract pressure washing is a professional cleaning service in which a company or individual is hired on a contractual basis to clean surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, building exteriors, and parking lots using high-pressure water spray. These contracts can be for one-time jobs or ongoing maintenance, depending on the client's needs. The service helps remove dirt, mold, grime, and graffiti, improving the appearance and longevity of surfaces. Contract pressure washing is commonly used by businesses, property managers, and homeowners to maintain their properties.

  • Uphold Sparkle Squad’s high standards for professionalism, teamwork, and service

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has prior experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or a similar trade (preferred)

  • Is ready for a leadership role and thrives in a hands-on environment

  • Has strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Is confident discussing service options and recommending additional services

  • Can manage scheduling needs on-site and coordinate with the office as needed

  • Is organized, proactive, and committed to doing the job right

  • Enjoys working outdoors and staying active

  • Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Is dependable, self-motivated, and quality-focused

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive hourly pay: $22–$25/hr + Tips & Bonuses

  • Consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45am–4:00pm, with potential for overtime

  • Leadership and advancement opportunities within a fast-growing company

  • Team-oriented environment with ongoing support and training

  • Company-provided tools, gear, and vehicles

  • The opportunity to work with a respected brand in the growing exterior services industry
